Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under the following condition:

  • A full refund request is made within 24 hours of the project start.

After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued as our services involve upfront expenses, strategic planning, and immediate implementation.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must send an email to mrinmoy@infinixonline.com within 24 hours of the project start. Please include the following details:

  • Your name
  • Project details
  • Reason for the refund request

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days using the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds are not provided after the 24-hour window.
  • No partial refunds are available for projects already in progress.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We highly encourage clients to communicate with us directly if there are any concerns about the service. Filing a chargeback or dispute may result in immediate termination of ongoing and future services.
